"We are absolutely delighted to have been awarded our School Games Gold Mark for this year! We love our sport at South Kilworth and thanks to the dedication of our staff and volunteers, plus the support and opportunities we receive via the Learning South Leicestershire School Sports Partnership, our children are able to take part in lessons, activities, events, festivals and competitions almost weekly. This year alone they have participated in swimming, cross country, a mini-triathlon, athletics, dodge ball, quick sticks, tag rugby, tennis, multi-sports, big moves, wheelchair basketball, curling, volleyball as well as our usual timetable of PE lessons and outdoor activities. We can not wait for next year and look forward to being even more active!"
